INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: WiFi, electric (for stays of 4 weeks or less) and water are included in the rental fee. All bedding, bath towels, pool/beach towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a family-size fridge, 2-hob gas stove, small toaster-oven, toaster, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, french press, air fryer, blender, cooking & eating utensils, and staple cooking ingredients (oil, vinegar, salt&pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc). The water is potable, as it is from a very deep on-site well & triple filtered. WIFI: Each house has a dedicated wifi beacon with strong signal (average 350 Mbps) , and port for ethernet cable if needed. CLEANING/LINEN CHANGE: For stays of 7 days or more, we include free of charge a weekly cleaning and change of bedding and towels. The house is also provided with several sets of all bed linens, kitchen linens, floor mats, bath/hand/face towels and pool/beach towels, in case you need extras. We provide a supply of cleaning and laundry equipment in each house, and there is a community laundry room on site with 2 washers and a dryer. We do not charge for cleaning when you check-out, unless there is some unusual/excessive mess or damage. ELECTRIC COST FOR STAYS OF 4 WEEKS OR MORE: 7.0 baht / unit, to be calculated upon check-out and paid in cash of any currency, or via transfer. Each house has a dedicated electric meter. TEMPERATURE CONTROL: The bedroom and living room/kitchen have air conditioning, and there are fans in the living room, bathroom and covered porch. The bedroom windows have screens. POOL: Our pool uses a salt-chlorine generator. This means that instead of adding chlorine to the pool water, we add salt, and the generator converts it to chlorine. Pros of a salt-chlorine pool: clear, smooth water, feels silkier; less electricity required; gentle on skin, eyes & hair; no chlorine smell; does not fade swimsuits & pool gear. Pool is not heated, but has all day sun and plenty of shaded areas on the pool deck. INFANTS/CHILDREN/PETS: We can provide an infant travel cot or child bed, towels, toys, swim accessories upon request. Please note that the pool and several high sidewalks do not have child-barriers. Children must be watched in the shared spaces at all times. NOTE: As this is a developing island, there are occasional power outages. Keep your devices charged up as much as possible! We have battery-operated fans, lights and phone chargers in case of night-time power outages.
